Your data is used to provide and improve our services, send transactional communications, process payments, and ensure platform security. We do not sell your data to third parties under any circumstances.
3. Data Storage & Security
All data is encrypted at rest and in transit using AES-256 and TLS 1.3. We use SOC 2 compliant cloud infrastructure. We perform regular security audits and penetration tests.
4. WhatsApp Data Handling
WhatsApp session data (QR auth tokens) is stored in an isolated, encrypted environment. Message content is not permanently stored on our servers beyond the 24-hour delivery window unless you explicitly enable message history logging.
5. Third-Party Services
We use third-party processors for payments (Stripe), email (SendGrid), and hosting (AWS). Each processor is bound by strict data processing agreements and GDPR requirements.
6. Your Rights (GDPR/CCPA)
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data at any time. Requests can be made via dwa-support@devsecit.com. We respond within 30 days.
