Refund Policy

Short version: We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for first-time subscribers who have not exceeded 500 messages. All requests are reviewed fairly and within 3 business days.

7-Day Money-Back

If you are unsatisfied within 7 days of your first paid subscription and have sent fewer than 500 messages, you are eligible for a full refund.

How to Request

Email dwa-support@devsecit.com with your account email and reason. We process all refund requests within 3 business days.

Account Ban Disclaimer

We do not offer refunds if your WhatsApp account is restricted or banned by Meta. This risk is disclosed in our Terms of Service and accepted at sign-up.

Cancellations

You may cancel at any time. Access continues until the end of your paid billing period. No further charges are made after cancellation.

Pro-Rata Refunds

We do not offer pro-rata refunds for partially used billing periods beyond the 7-day window.

Enterprise Plans

Enterprise plan refund terms are specified individually in your Service Level Agreement.
