Risk Acknowledgment: Using WhatsApp automation tools carries inherent account risks. By using WA Panel, you acknowledge and accept this risk. Please read Section 5 carefully.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using WA Panel ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
WA Panel is a WhatsApp automation SaaS platform operated by DevSecIT. We are an independent third-party tool and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to WhatsApp Inc. or Meta Platforms.
3. Account Responsibilities
You are solely responsible for all content you send through our platform and for ensuring your use complies with all applicable local and international laws, including anti-spam regulations in your jurisdiction.
4. Acceptable Use Policy
You may not use the platform to send spam, unsolicited commercial messages, illegal content, or any material that violates recipient rights. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate this policy without refund.
5. WhatsApp Account Risk Disclaimer
IMPORTANT: WhatsApp prohibits the use of automated messaging tools in its Terms of Service. By using WA Panel, you acknowledge and accept the risk that your WhatsApp account may be restricted or banned by Meta. WA Panel is not liable for any account restrictions, bans, or losses resulting from your use of our platform.
6. Service Availability
We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance windows are communicated in advance. We are not liable for service interruptions beyond our reasonable control.
7. Billing and Payment
Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. All prices are in USD. Failed payments will result in service suspension after a 3-day grace period. Refunds are subject to our Refund Policy.
8. Limitation of Liability
WA Panel's total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the 3 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
